Mountain Apex operates a complete rendering platform in the Zagazig area for poultry and fish by-products. The production route supports poultry meal and fish meal, with selected feed-additive programs reviewed against customer requirements.

This is a manufacturer story: raw material, rendering, finishing and control.
Mountain Apex describes a process using selected poultry by-product sources, cooking in special steam batch cookers, oil extraction when required, then drying, cooling, screening, grinding and mixing according to the required grade.
The product is positioned as an animal-protein source with lysine and methionine, digestibility, and controlled fat, calcium and phosphorus profile, with tailor-made commercial grades available by customer requirement.
